This morning I jumped off a high pier into the freezing nasty bay as punishment for showing up to my boxing class at 6:05 instead of 6:00. (The picture is from someone's blog from a previous class) Even the coach was surprised that I did it without hesitation. It made me wonder if there is anything I wouldn't do or at least try to do that lasted under a minute and had no long term health risks. Longer than a minute is harder, it's hard to know how your body will react. But shit, I think I could win that feat factor show almost every time.
Maybe I have way to much fear of shame. Honestly, I'm wondering if I should be proud or ashamed of this.
